On Friday 5 June 2009 at 4pm, Tower Hamlets College Principal, Michael Farley, emailed all staff an 18-page document outlining massive class cuts and redundancies of around 60 members of staff.
This document came of the blue and was a complete shock to all staff.
According to Farley, the emailed document constitutes Day 1 of the consultation process.
